We believe that you deserve options when it comes to styling and selling your property as everyone’s needs are different. Our help in selling your property does not stop once we have finished styling your home as we offer a property marketing support package to value-add your already styled home.
This service is of particular assistance if you are located a distance from the property or simply don’t have the time to ensure the property looks great during open homes and private inspections.
At Shift by Design, we can:
– arrange fresh flowers on the day of our styling and maintain these for you during the sales campaign to ensure they are bright and welcoming. These beautiful arrangements will be added to key rooms to give fresh colour and instant buyer appeal to the rooms.
– liaise with your agent on open homes and arrange inspections to ensure everything is perfect when buyers inspect your property. We will turn on lights, ensure the front path is clear and top up the water on the flowers as well as checking bedding, cushions, accessories and artwork are all picture perfect.
As standard, we’ll also supply our stunning photography at no charge the day of installation helping you maximise your rental from the day we style the home for sale. We also share your listing complete with photos, agent name and phone number with our 600+ followers on Facebook to assist get the message about your property out in the market.
But if you would prefer not to have the optional extra of fresh flowers and pre-open home inspection, don’t worry, you’ll still have access to our extensive range of artificial flowers and stems as part of the standard package offering.
