"A new company known as SHIFT BY DESIGN has started up (initially just in Hobart) to provide an independent written report on how a vendor can increase the value of their home in preparation for sale - from a 'consumer's viewpoint'. It is often hard for vendors and agents to be totally objective and impartial about what could be done internally and externally to improve the buyer's all important 'first impressions'. Adam Luttrell has been in contact with many REIT members in the Hobart area and many are keen to utilise his services. He has bought and sold (and renovated) a number of homes and has completed courses from Canada and the U.K from specialists in this all important field.
